This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Solvus Mining Protocol mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the App:

• Account information: email address and username you provide at signup.
• Wallet address: a unique in-app identifier generated for your account to enable in-app transfers.
• Activity data: mining sessions, in-app token (SOLV) balance, transfer history, referral relationships, mystery box openings, and daily task completions.
• Device information: push notification token (FCM token) used to send you notifications, basic device type and operating system version.
• Verification data: one-time codes sent to your email during signup or password reset.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the core features of the App (mining sessions, referrals, in-app wallet, mystery boxes).
• Send you transactional emails such as signup verification codes and password reset links.
• Send push notifications related to your activity in the App.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Improve the App's features and performance.

3. In-App Currency (SOLV)

SOLV is an in-app virtual currency used solely within the App. SOLV has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, has no value outside the App, and is not a cryptocurrency or financial instrument. Balances may be reset, adjusted, or terminated at our discretion.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the App. Each service has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — delivers push notifications. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — serves advertisements within the App and may use advertising identifiers to personalize ads. Privacy Policy

5. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to personalize ads. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device's settings under "Ads" or "Google."

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly as needed to operate the App. We may disclose data if legally required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to prevent fraud.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing solvus.support@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at solvus.support@gmail.com.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including by the third-party services listed above. By using the App, you consent to these transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
